Like most other segments of the wine industry, trends in wine sales are constantly in flux. For the summer of 2007, the latest wine trend, at least within the industry, was undeniably dry Rosé. Though the style always experiences an upsurge in popularity during the warmer months, this year seemed to mark a turning point for the pink wines.( la suite )
